So u have to weld on a new flange for the rx8 tb. To fit a tc manny. ? How much was the rx8. Tb. And what year rx8 do u have to get it from and were did u get the intake flange.

 

yes sir, you have to weld a flange for the new TB, the reason is that the weapon r manifold comes with a flange for the OEM TB wich is 58mm and im going with the Rx8 TB wich is 70mm (12mm oversized).

I got the rx8 Tb for $100 on ebay. it could be any year as long as you get the rx8 tb instead of the rx7(huge difference). the TB flange was done by a friend of mine who owns a machine shop and is a very reputable welder.

yeah ill let you know in about 1 1/2 weeks. hopefully this week ill get my custom made head & TB thermal gaskets.
