Default Need help diagnosing Start-Up problem

Posted this over at ClubScion and havent found a solution. Check out the video so you can hear it struggling/choking on start up

http://tinypic.com/r/5da3o3/8

it happens every single morning after sitting over night and that's the ONLY time it happens. Here's what I know is fine:
Spark plugs, battery, MAF, Throttle Body, Air Filter.

So what could be causing this rough start up? Fuel Pump? I dont hear it making any noise so it could be a possibility. Other than that there really arent any other problems with the car.

Injectors? Maybe a leak if you've tinkered with them before or just may not be firing. Could also be ecu problem or timing is off. Also check coil packs. Are you throwing any codes?

Also, pull your plugs again and look into the cylinder with a flash light. Do one of the piston tops seem to be a little cleaner than the others?

Check the ecu for codes and run a compression test.
