You want quickness and you're on 19s with a huge system?

Here's a couple ideas... get some lightweight wheels and a lighter system. You're probably also killing your gas mileage with those things.

add a header and spipe to complete the I/H/E set up and install it yourself, and pocket the rest of the money, or use it else where

I/H/E would be pointless with al that stuff... gains would not be worth the $$ invested. i should know lol... I've got a good 100 lbs of sound deadening (probably more.... 150 sq feet of edead in the car) plus another 200 lbs of wood/audio equipment... along with I/H/E/pullies... and my car is just barely faster than a stock tC.

i would say... save up for a turbo

lol. yeah, im not looking for a 10 second car, im just looking to make up for all the "show" mods ive done... i said 1grand, because i knew the 1st thing would be a 2500 SC and i dont really want all that. so i was just looking for some basic performance mods... my 07 tC is paid for, along with all the mods that have been done so far... money i got, i just dont want to spend it :p

meh, with a window switch and the proper safety switches, it's pretty much automated and anyone could technicaly do it.

but yeah, without figuring out all that beforehand, it could be an issue.

Honestly, for $1000 get yourself some springs, a rear sway and some good tires if you dont already have some and you will get a very noticeable gain in handling. $1000 spent in bolt ons will get you a small improvement in power.
