crank hp for crank hp, lb for lb, they will lose to a FWD or RWD car because of drivetrain loss.

I asked your question a two local mechanic.

First told me “you are crazy if you do this in new car, never work good if you do this modification”

Second told me “what the he…” and told me “if you really like to do this modification you can easy spent 8 thousand or more in materials and work and no warranty to work perfect like a new car.

Your question has been answered.

I believe this is very doable. Would you expect an AWD integra to exist? Well believe it or not one really exists. It uses a CR-V heavily modified cr-v tranny and the cr-v also has the same engine as the LS integra (b20). Difficult and expensive? Yes. Impossible? No.

if u wanna try FWD coversions and retrofighting try forcing in a 3S-GTE celica turbo/ MR-2 also engine instead of the 2JZ-GTE its cheaper and you can get almost same pwr if u really spend money for engine work

about your estimate...without engine pricing, but including parts and upgraded chassis necessities, it'll be around 12 k.

(I was gonna do this to a 2002 EX civic.)

I would just buy a supra. But with a good amount of people and measurements. it can be done i guess.
