I want to get some Redline MT-90 gear oil for my tC (manuel tranny)

I just need to know how much to order - how much do i need?

 

2.6 qt manual
3.7 auto

You should not use any a/t fluid other than Toyo OEM for the a/t tCs. Toyo uses their own formula designed for their trannys. It has a 100k mile lifespan. Using something other than their fluid will damage the internals. M/T are good to go though, no issues for them

 

how long for the manual tc to change their gear oil how many miles i mean b4 u have to change it???

 

i dunno.. like 60-90K?

 

anybody who has a manual tc should get the mt-90 fluid. it's not a night and day difference but you'll notice a difference for sure.

 

This might sound like a dumb question but hey dont take me out guys take it ez aoite. the front differential and the tranny do they share the same oil meaning are they in the same spot??? o and also im at 30,000 should i change the spark plugs???

How hard is it to change the fluid? I mean obviously its drain and fill but is there any flush involved? and how long do we let the stock fluid drain for? And also where are the drain and fill plugs at?

 

there is a DIY for doing this somewhere on here. do some digging, it'll come up.
