the interior lights are zip tied in, looks ghetto (floor model)....factory sub is underpowered and junk (had it, replaced with aftermarket subs), scion security usless is another key fits (my key worked in the SF Auto Show floor model and that had the factory alarm...alarm disables with key)....all dealer options overpriced...

go with base, maybe spoiler and body kit...but that's about it....like others said, prices are cheaper elsewhere

Yeah, i've been hearing that a lot from members here. I don't know much about aftermarket products, but from what everyone is saying, they may be overpriced. I'm going to go re-think about these:

Interior: Scion Security (V5) $469 (maybe)
Interior: LED Illumination: Blue (44) $250
Interior: Sport Pedal Covers by OBX Racing Sports: Silver (32) $79

I already got better offers from people to get the sport pedal covers.

Okay, with your guys' help I finalized my scion tC:

Color Nautical Blue

Transmission Manual

Accessories:
Exterior: Ground Effects Kit (G1) $995
Exterior: Pedestal Spoiler (RF) $423
Interior: SRS Side & Side Curtain Airbags (BE) $650
Sound: Pioneer AM/FM/CD + iPod Capability (P3) $260

Accessories Total $2,328

Grand Total $19,168

Better?

yup yup.. i agree man... if you want to add other stuff... it's better to do it afterwards, and much cheaper to buy elsewhere (i.e. trdtoyota.com or mcgeorgeparts.com) and do it yourself. i'm always available to help as well... just shoot me a pm or im me on AIM.

Since I made my desicion to get only these accessories, what do you guys think of the color Nautical Blue? Also, are there anyone on this board who lives in/near Sac/Elk Grove who could help me get started on getting these aftermarket products and installing them? I see a few scion cars parked at Sac State, where I go to college, but I don't know if they are members on this board.

hey my thread got ressurected...haha...i got my tC already but I didn't get the NBM tC, I got the RS2.0 BBM tC. Got it stock with no additional accessories, except the RS2.0 package, if that counts. My mods are in my sig. Waiting on the Injen CAI to arrive so I can feel the 5-6 HP increase.
