dude i can pull and put in these style of headers in about five min then i have to bolt it up but u dont have to remove anything. i must admit the first time i did it it took me about 30 min but i can do it in about five min. auto or manual u just bend the auto lines a lil back so there is room but its real easy when u learn the technic and how to get it in lil by lil and piece by piece.

yea and im serious no exaggeration. i did it about ten times in a row when i was pulling my header in and out trying to get it to fit right and i had to keep pulling it off to bend in one of the runners to keep it from digging into my engine. it left a mark on the crank case where a weld on the header was digging in, freaking sucks. glad i took those damn things off.

My car was the test fit for these Headers, you can see the pics on their web sight.

Here is the full story of the Tsudo header

The first run had problems with the 02 sensor bung being welded at the wrong angle, and not allowing for the sensor to fit properly

All of those first gen headers (besides the ones sold before the problem was found out) were sent back to Japan

The second Gen headers were sent to speed-element with the 02 bung sensor location "fixed" but that was not the case. Out of the 50 or so s-pipes that were sent only 30 of them lined up properly. Speed-element test fit every 2nd gen header on my car to make sure it fit. The only problem was that some of the 02 bung sensors were still misaligned, so Tsudo was going to make some 90* 02 bung spacers and include them with every header so the 02 sensor cna fit in the bung. I dont know if these 90* spacers were ever made

So the headers are fine as far as fitment, the only problem their might be is the 02 sensor bung being welded in the wrong location, not allowing you to screw the sensor in the bung. A simple solution is to buy a 90* anti-fouler in the classified section

I no longer have these headers, but I loved them when they were on my car

and I'm the one who has his header now , I guess 07's are just different enough to make fitment a lil harder?

I honestly don't think that was the problem. I have taken a few headers off 05-06 Tc's and put them onto 07-08 Tc's w/o any fitment issues due to the difference in years

I think you being auto tranny was your biggest issue.

well that was one problem, but the gasket on the OEM s-pipe didn't fit the tsudo, and the OEM hardware left my s-pipe leaking where it connected to the mid-pipe.

Is this header better (more power) than the MMW header?
