Default Weapon R intake manifold on a n/a Engine

Is it worth buying it on an engine thats naturally aspirated? Would i see much gain from it. I will go boost but thats in a few years.

Sorry if this is a double post didnt see any other post with this question.

don't mod a automatic car it is slow.

Let him do what he wants to do. Auto's can be very fast if modded correctly. But generally speaking, the new intake manifold is not really necessary for N/A (AKA not significant gains). You'll need to get a tune because your car will most likely be running extremely lean.

I am still waiting for any stick that is faster than my auto guys........um stock 1/4 was under half a second......woopie........lol.......when a person with a stick blows me away then they are fast,but when it is still side by side in 1/4 then you cannot say it is fast....lol

Now to answer the persons question........at first the intake looked like it was gonna be the big thing,but it did not produce the numbers that MMW was advertising they thought it would,and ran super lean........so for the money it is not worth it,you would be half way to turbo with the cash spent on it,so no NA gains.......there are better ways to make power NA......BC cams and tune,headwork,exhaust,but by the time you do it all the cost is right up there with boosting.......

And yes the tC is not a fast car,just a good looking and fun car.........
