Right, but what are you doing with the fuel line? (from a 'why?' standpoint).

 

The ZEX kit is a "Wet" kit, which means that it adds fuel with the N2O, which provides a really equal mixture for the engine and allows me to add or remove fuel to get the A/F more balanced while running the Nitrous... So I have to tap into the fuel line to get that fuel supply for the N2O system to use... and the fuel line isn't the easiest in the world to tap.

 

why not make the car a return system and tap off of the fuel return??

Too much work for too little of result...

I'm only running 50, so my fuel system should not have a problem keeping up.... I am going to run fuel pressure and nitrous pressure guages, so I can monitor.... It'll only cost me around 70 bucks to replace the line I'm working with if it's not going to work with me... so I'm not greatly worried.

The good thing about ZEX is that if fuel pressure drops, it shuts off, which prevents some major problems.

 

I believe the return line is a little smaller, possibly not the same pressure and amount of fuel available... oh by the way HI...

Purge/Safety On/Off/Zex Auto Open Bottle Switch....

So, today I went to the Scion Dealer to by the Fog Light Switch Only (I was thinking how it would be the perfect switch for arming the nitrous system) and the guy told my $80. I told him I would think about it. He asked why did I need it if I did not have fog lights, I laughed and walked away. So, now I am looking at you setup, I like it maybe an alternative to $80.

 

Also, since I will be going direct port I have chose to go with the NX kit. They have better nozzles and a better rep for direct port setups. Will be ordering it next week!

 

Just make sure you get the TPS box as well.... I like the one from ZEX a lot. They also make a killer DP setup as well... just a pain to install with our tC currently as it all needs to be custom.
