I like that, Hopefully in the near future I will be able to see that in person. I'm glad you didn't have it going out of the hood. Great stuff as always!

Thanks.... I'm going to bring them out a bit... as they are in underneath a little too much for me... Still fits well and totally invisible, unless I want anyone to see it.

Today, I have decided to just get the Zex Wet Kit instead of the direct port system. Since my goal for the Scion tC is 250 HP, I will not need to use the diect system since I will not be spaying more then 75HP. How many times do you use the system unvdistc? Any other upgrades to the fuel system or internals? I was looking to spray 65....but if the car can handle 75....Well then...... ....Friday I will be driving to my shop to pick up my ZEX kit. Will not install till April.

The only thing i have changed out internally is the spark plugs. my mods are dc sports header, k&n cai, trd exhaust, short throw shifter, and i'm about to install the zpi light weight pulley.

Unv... have you actually shot the system, or are you soley showing it currently?

I'd be curious as to what jets you actually ended up using to get a good mixture... and where you tapped your fuel line...

I have sprayed (alot actually) We ran a completely new fuel line so I could keep the stock one. I can send you pics. I'm running the pills that came with the kit. i thought the kit number was 82021 but not totally sure. Last run at the track I hit mid 14;s, that was when i had my camcon vvti controller. I'm going to run again when i get the pully installed this weekend.

ps... the GTI beat me but i was running the 50 shot, no short throw, and no vvti controller. he was chipped. i think if we raced again next week i would beat him!!!!

hopefully!

I'd appreciate pics... I've got a new line ordered and being shipped, so I can play with that and see if that will work for me... I should be able to tap it no problem and still get good PSI for the FUEL. No other modifications to your fuel system... UPGRADED PUMP or anything?

BTW - Who's the Manufacturer on your doors and what guages are you running?

I got the hinges from TRU motorsports online. They have a lifetime warranty including the shocks.

I'm running autometer gauges. Water, Oil, and air/fuel ratio.

my n20 gauges are on the bottles. in the back. i have thought about running the gauges up front but just havn't got to it. I've also learned the even with low amounts of N20 in the bottle you can still get a high reading on the guages. So they are almost useless. (if your trying to see what you have left in the bottle) i have learned to time my heaters to get the bottles to 1100 - 1200 psi without looking at the gauges. also i get about 5 - 1/4 mile runs out of each bottle. (even with showing off with the purge!

Narrow or Wideband A/F.... How'd you tune your N2O?

I'm going to run Fuel PSI, N2O PSI, and Volts, just to fill the pod... then run a wideband o2 digital logger in my cubby area, so I can tune the setup correctly.

I don't know if you can tell or not but we ran a new line and just T'd off of it. running this T to the zex box. I'm not using a wideband o2. I have installed the zpi bypass o2 sensor to get rid of the cell light

As far as the tuning the car we didn't do anything special for the zex system. The system tunes itself. depending on what pills you use is what the system sprays. You need to retard your ignition depending on what you use. We did tune the car at the dyno when we installed the vvti controller.

Wow... those are so close I'll have to take them and print them out and hold them up to my engine bay to see where each picture fits... anything a little zoomed out, so I can see as much of the fuel line as possible.... Looks like you killed the fuel line from the bottom of the car in the engine bay to the fuel rail and replaced it with an easier hose to work with and t'd off it... is that correct?

I'm going to attempt to t-tap the stock hose and see if I can work it out... if not, this looks like a good option as well....

Thanks for the pics.... Helps us all out!
