Oh, the tC has 55K miles? Did you order the steel clutch lines???

You need those... The old one might swell and/or leak at 60K miles.

^^^ They have a Evo8 Hatchback somewhere... (I forgot where)
It kicks in 310BHP with just a muffler swap and is as fast as the EVO9 with the extra bit of weight.

As far as I know, that's in Japan only. It's the Evo Wagon, a sick little thing. (I <3 Wagons, so I totally feel ya)

I'm thinking the closest chance you have of getting one state-side could be importing one from Canada, if they sell them there (I know they did the last-gen wagons). I just checked and they didn't have any info on the Evo so far, but good luck.

^^^ You work at Subaru??? Can I ask a Q.

How come the stereos suck so bad with the 06-07s? And why do they keep the cheap looking dashes like what Toyota did to the Corolla?

Thanks man!

what?! i think the sterois are pretty decent... the new 08 Tribeca has a sick stereo, and so does teh legacy and outback. idk much about the impreza or the forester, but i know my customer that i sold an outback sport (basically an impreza wagon) loves teh sound system...

you must not have seen any new subarus lately.

yes they may not be the most visually appealing cars (although the new Tribeca and Legacy are beautiful cars) they are great preformers and will blow the (stock) competition away....

speaking of i had a customer last weekend come by and buy an 08 outback vs a 08 Porche Cyanne (sp?)

ok i got the clutch in monday, and all i can say is that it is NIGHT AND DAY from stock!!! omg, its so much more fun to drive the car now even before the clutch started goin down, it feels a lot more like a "sports car" not soft and mushy like stock is, each shift is CRISP! im in love all over again... although my tC is still a bit harsh on the eyes

dave did you put the clutch in yourself or take it to a shop? curious on how much they charge to do the work being that you have to take the front suspension apart. my clutch is starting to slip and prolly gunna need one soon have alittle over 87k on stock.
