For those that we're interested in seeing a set of toyo R888 racing tires in 285/30/18 mounted on a set of Advan Racing RZ 18x10s, here's what it looks like. Once we iron out any issues we have with this setup on the track, we may offer this same setup as a complete kit for those looking to run the same race setup on their tc.
HD axle, hub, upgraded axle nut, ARP wheel studs:

Custom machined billet aluminum hub centric adaptor (required to mount larger-bore 5x114.3 style wheel on tc-size hub center:

machined stop-tech rotor for 5x114.3 bolt pattern to fit over new hub:

Shorter coilover springs to clear 285s while still allowing sufficient negative camber adjustments with camber bolts:

We'll be running a stagger 255s in the rear with 285s in the front for VIR. That's a lot of tires for a tc or any fwd car. But then again, you can never have enough tires.

here is the 1st of 2 videos I have, this one was on Saturday in the 2nd practice session on my street tires. I was at the start of the 2nd line. I was doing my darndest to keep up with some fast cars including an Evo with good power, s2000, porsche gt3, STI, M3, G35 twin Turbo. Keep note as I let the G35 and M3 pass, i wasnt sure if i was holding them up or not so I waved them by on the strait and let off. Also keep note of the G35, in the next video i post It will be me on my race tires...
enjoy
