Plenty of people run Intakes on their tC with good A/F ratios on the TRD reflash, ask people with intakes on their S/C. Piggy back seems to be a waste. TRD flash runs rich!

That's with Short rams, not Cold Air Intakes, Search and you'll see. So if anybody is going to run any extra mods with the S/C, one of the first things you should buy is an A/F gauge, that way you can try one thing on and see what your #'s you're getting, then adjust from there, I'm not just talking out of my azz, I've been around the Scion community since June of 04 and I personally seen this happen, so take it the advice or do what you want, Good Luck either way.

It will fit, but like I said one of the tubes of the Megan header, the one that sits up really high, the shaft will sit on it, I would not think that's good(the header gets extremely hot and will transfer that heat directly to the shaft since they are making contact), I know that for a fact, a friend of mine had that set-up and that's what was happening, so its up to you, why don't you just get a DC header or DME (NRG I should say), those work for a fact.

Well cuz, I just bought my Megan header lol Also, would you be able to run a Short ram intake with a Supercharger?

I have an Injen cold air right now... with Nitrous tap... and would not want to have to go back to stock intake, in which case I don't even know if i can tap Nitrous fogger into that, and surely don't want to go thru all that hassle.

you know if a Short ram or even the Injen cold air will work with the Supercharger? ive heard they wont but u seem to know for sure from experience?

Some people here are running short ram intakes and are getting good A/F #'s, cold air intake will deff. make you run lean, if I were you I would invest in an A/F gauge so that you can see if you're running ok as you add mods.

Wow...late response, I haven't been getting email notifications for this thread anymore, I just happen to stumble on to it today. Now to answer your questions if you still care, yes the MMW header should work with an 09, don't think they have any changes to it except for the heat shield, the S/C will still one of the pipes of the Megan header, I've seen it in person.
