what fitting did you use? npt or bspt?

You can try tapping a flat head screwdriver in the broken fitting and back the fitting out. be carefule of the threads on the head as well as the shavings. You could also try an ease out set http://www.toolprice.com/product/766...d-Tap-Set.html .

you can try to loosen up the s-pipe from the mid and see if that helps. also loosen up the downpipe from the turbo. those two things may give you the leway you need.

Edit: I lied.

Stainless steel 2.5” downpipe and s-pipe with recirculated dump tube (bolts to stock exhaust or aftermarket)

Thats what comes with the S1 kit so yes most likely the downpipe will only fit with the dezod S pipe.

well i took a ride all the way to dezod to get the new downpipe and spipe and made a road trip to the falls since we were right there...we got home hooked everything up and went to start it and the injectors leaked everywhere! we tried to find the problem but we were all up for 24 hours and working on no sleep was not fun so we will try and fix it tomorrow...what would make the injectors not sit right? im pretty sure we had them sitting right in the manifold, but they seemed to clip into the fuel rail a little funny..i guess i have the wrong o rings or the injectors are just not sitting right

injectors not seated, missing or damaged grommit, missing or damaged o-ring. those are the top reasons but could include damaged fuel rail or injector.
