Ok found an exhaust leak between hot side and manifold actually 2 out of 4 dezod nuts were missing, dont how brobably because they were too short !

I went and bought longer bolts and screwed them in.. How dangerous is it to drive with exhaust leak ?
even thou i put missin gones in, there is still alot of leaking and i need to drive to base 200 miles.. will i make it if i stay out of boost ?

u'll be fine, just try to stay out of boost. It all depends on how bad is the leak. I had the same issue after I installed the ss gasket, I was missing one of the bolts and the car started running lean. I just had to go to lowes and get 1 in long ss bolts and ss lock washers, added some thread locker juice ;) and gave it some muscle. Is ur gasket in good condition? If not, get one from dezod and try what I did. It's been working great for me 'till this day.

Forgot to mention, if ur afr's are too high at cruise (16 and above), try adjusting ur o2 map. It helps if u got a laptop to hook it up to, that way u'll be able to adjust the FIC the first couple of miles of ur trip and u'll be fine for the rest. It's really easy to do. Post here or PM me if u got any questions.

what wher the afr's........pretty rich i would guess........if thats the case try running on that map for a day or two. the ecm will figure out that your rich and start to correct it sort of......if its not to bad youll see a differnce within 50-100 miles in idle and normal highway speeds. also consider that if its cold out a turbo car without cats will look like it smokes bad, most of it is just condensation and water being evaporated....what kind of condition was the car in befor the turbo install? also what color was the smoke?

as for the wideband I need one and what do they hook up 2 ?

I don't have plates on my scion right now waiting for them to come in the mail

The car seems to be idleing pretty good . But when i took it for a test drive there seemed to be way to much smoke When ever I boosted ther was a big cloud behind me .

So i talked to my tunner today . He said I shouldn't even drive my car until he tunes it . He wants 600 buxs . I might be getting a wideband for a guy I know . Hey crush if I get it you'll have to help me tune this thing . I running "your" map right now . I found the line going to my wastegate was leaking . So i'm going to fix that today . anything else you can tell me about The AEM fic . like other stuff it can do . I saw something on there that said logger ? what that ?

Ok, btw i just spoke to a tuner from Austin his name is John and i guess he somehow works with SoulSpeed performance. he adviced me that he usually charges 500 for a tuner.. but because i spoke with SoulSpeed and i told him i'm military he'll charge me 350 out the door. and he uses dyno jet dyno.
he said he tuned FIC before quet a few times but never on a scion tc.
what do you think crush about that...

And the shops name is Protech performance found them by their phone number.

you heard anythign about them ?

350 flat rate is great if its a decent tune, i never heard of them but the price sounds pretty sweet imho. if you got 50-75 bux and some time to waste id go there and get a dyno run in (as long as the base map is ok) not only to get a real base line to go off of it also provides ya with a chance to bs with the tuner and ask a few questions. so no i cant vouch for them, i only vouch for those i have seen in action.

its a pretty good idea to chill out on driving the car if you can help it until your tuner takes a look at it. 600 is steep bra but hey hopefully for that kind of coin hes a damn good tuner. the fic has the ability to save data up to 64mb (i think thats right) such as boost pressure, rpms, injector duty cycle, ect. this stuff can be very helpful in tuneing.

I wouldn't even drive it without an AFR gauge, that's just asking for it.
