I stumbled upon a really good deal from a friend who works at a shop. He is selling me a complete tc turbo kit, problem is we don't know what kind of kit it is, all he knows is that its a "air research" turbo, and after some searching they are made by Garret or something like that. I was wondering if anyone knew of any turbo kits that use the "air research" turbo.

I might just be less inclined to buy it if its a custom kit. Just maybe. =]

that is for sure a garret turbo,its just probably a old one.

 

I'm having him send me some pictures tonight, apperently the turbo has a heat shield on it. I'm just mainly intrested in finding out what kit it is.
