I tried to prioritize these by importance. The more important ones recieving the clossed vac sources down the line. Most important of course being the wastegate followed by the GPS which will control fuel, then to my last T fitting that is a little special. My boost guage came with a special T-Fitting that has a check valve of sort that keeps the needle on the gauge very smooth and that portion has to coming out of the top of the fitting. The BOV is at the very bottom of my priority list because, well, face it, it's not something that's NEEDED. My focus here was to supply the wastegate and GPS with the best vac sources.
I have thought about buying a barb fitting that fits the compressor side of the turbo and using that as the vac source for the wastegate sorta like an internal setup. Thoughts?

You can definately buy a brass nipple for the compressor housing. I did that and it works pretty well. You need to be careful in where you route the hose, so that it doesn't over heat and melt or crack.

Oh yeah, def getting a re-tune ASAP. Great place close by, GodSpeed Auto Salon. $225 for a full dyno retune, not bad at all.

ordered another "Toy"

Megan Racing Mid-Pipe

Yay, now i'll have a FULL exhaust. Crappers to it only being 2.25"

So i'll be running a 2.5" downpipe, 2.5" S-Pipe, 2.25" mid-pipe, and a 2.25" axle back (HKS)

Kinda bottlenecks, but hey, for $195 with free shipping, rock on!! Maxed out the CC (Damn $300 limit!)

Yes. Tsudo is the company with One. Megan claims one is a High flow cat but we all know the truth.

**UPDATE** 12/14/06

Since having paul call me and telling me that the manifold was in, i decided to go ahead and do all of the actual install that i could possibly do w/o the manifold. Install is about 80% done. Only thing left doing is dropping in the turbo assembly, feed line, and bolting up the S-pipe to the downpipe. All that has been done:

-Injectors are in
-Emanage is in
-Pressure sensor and harness are in
-Vaccum plumbing is done minus plugging into the wastegate
-Intercooler is on
-All charge plumbing is in minus the charge pipe coming off the turbo
-Oil pan has been dropped, tapped, and reinstalled.\

Pics:

The only bad experience with the install thus far was the dang primary oxygen sensor. What happened to me has happened to lots of other peeps here on scionlife. When removing the primary oxygen sensor, the threads were eatten up, due to incorrect install when the parts were initially assembled. Assembler cross-threaded the sensor. So joy, due to someone else mistake it cost me $276 :

Manifold WILL be here tomorrow and the install will be complete, stay tuned!!! No pun intened
