Default Battery Relocation

Here is why all this was done.
I removed the huge battery from the engine bay to make room for the intercooler part of my future water to air intercooler.

This is where mister battery got moved to ... after I visited a magician and he shrunk it in half, only weights 15lbs now.. Thank you Braille!

Here is the engine bay without my mad paint skills....

I will be building a custom Water to Air Intercooler setup with the help of http://www.frozenboost.com

Currently it's a design in progress, but it goes something like these parts:

-This piece gets mounted up front just like a normal a/a intercooler
http://www.frozenboost.com/product_i...a42ea44174c959

- Out of these pieces I still have to figure out which ones will fit well enough to both handle the exchange and fit properly to accommodate the piping which in itself is going to be tricky.

- Two of these guys mounted on the back of the heat exchanger so I can get a lot of airflow across it and still push air across the regular radiator.

Nothing is going to be quick about this, been in progress for a while and it's all counting on the freedom of time and money.

.... ps... included in the intercooler installation will be a Unichip EMS....

Watching.
Are you going to clock the SC outlet towards the front of the car so you can just 90 into the ic inlet? Fans on a thermal switch, toggle, always on?

Thermal Switch on the fans
Don't know about rotating the S/C yet, haven't looked into it.

That car will not pass tech at any race track. FYI.

Bandimere .... no
High Plains Raceway ... yes

I don't care for the 1/4 mile.

The battery is secured to the bottom of the trunk, I just need to have a proper battery tie down bar between the two tie down hooks.

Yea the tie down parts that came with the relocation kit weren't suitable for the Braille battery because of it's smaller size.

I used http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-G1200A/ as my parts kit for the 0 awg cabling and tie down bars.
