built motor but misfireing..updated with tune still same
Do you have a picture of the dyno graph? What does boost do at redline?
Sidenote: On the intake mani, did you use pipe thread sealant on the barbs on the bottom of it (including the plugs)? What have you done as far as fuel system upgrades?
On the first page, the cam phaser and sensor were brought up and the gaps are apparently an issue with the BC cams, are you sure that's correct?
Was the rotating assembly properly balanced and installed? Clearances correct? Where the cam followers shimmed correctly?
There are a lot of variables to cover before this is narrowed down.

the intake mani does have thread sealant on the plugs,
the bc cams gap from the dow pins to the sensor is .030-.033most and the cam follower was done at the machine shop and we did a quick check see if it moves freely...
i believe the crank shaft is balance correctly and install i mean there is only 1way to install it..
i the cel is on right now and its deff. misfire more at idle if i rev it to 1.2krpm its ok.. the tuner call me up and gave me few advise statin that he thinks the bc cams are too big and with all the new mods the stock ecu can compensate all of it.. he rec. aem ems.. and see if there a way to open up the throttle body plate a lil more so it can idle..

hey guys.. ok i didnt get a chance to get the dyno graphs up yet. i did hook up and see what kinda of cel i have, i have p0300,301,302,303 and 304 all random and all cylinders misfire, the misfire right now is happening on under 1.3rpms or so.. after they its smooth mayb 1% but at idle all of them are up to 10%.. im guessing its the bc cams. the lobes too high, is there anyway i can increase the rpms at idle higher on the greddy ult.. thanks
