Descendant intake manifold
hell. i'm not saying they don't fail... but for being already on the car... i think its a good part to leave alone...
just my opinion...
well that one dude with close to 700hp jessica's tc or whatever was using the stock manifold just fine until he added the nitrous then it blew. So they can defiantly hold the power. All I am saying for most people the stock intake manifold is plenty, but if they come out and show dynos showing you can see a significant gain from it on a turbo application then yea it would be worth it but to spend 700 on a part just because it might be alittle stronger, I dont know about that.
I would replace the stock manifold when we can see dyno of someones IM showing the ability to create an even flatter torque curve. Showing a benefit in the torque curve would be good enough reason to get one, that and volume in crease.
Goodluck. But you know you will need To retune after putting the mani on. Lol and I doubt they will do it. I told them I can get retuned ab all and do dyno butagain they gave me only 100off lol.
i tried working a deal for the n/a, a while back. they were going to charge me dyno time, manifold and installation. the tc has a 3.5 litre size flow, so i doubt all motor would gain.
Dam i think they should only charge you, for the manifold & installation! And add a free dyno! They would of recorded your car on the dyno, & post the video on forums! If the gains were decent, ppl would buy this product!
