would any 2az-fe exhaust manifold gasket fit for our car for example the camry or rav4? if not anyone know of a place that makes high performance exhaust manifold gaskets?

Yes, as long as its a toyota 2.4 engine it will fit nice. The stock gaskets are double layered steel ones with crush rings.

If you want a better seal quality gasket, check out Cometic. They have a MLS (multi layer steel) manifold gasket that is triple layered.

Not a common item stocked by Cometic dealers. I do agree with you that we mostly see the head gasket offered by shops. They should start stocking up on these manifold gaskets for engine rebuilds.
