Default Greddy Turbo Air Filter Replacement

I was looking at replacing my air filter in my greddy kit with a 5 inch AEM dry flow.

Has anyone does this before? It looks like it might be kinda tight.

Thanks

3" intake is more than enough for tC turbocharger kit. Why would you want a 5"? Are you refering to the body of the filter and not the ID? What turbo are you running (standard one that comes with the Greddy Kit)? How much HP are you going for?

Yeah, I'm referring to the 5 inch element with a 2.75' inlet. When measuring it looked like it might not fit under the lip of the fender well.

I'm running the 18g that comes with the kit. Not looking for any huge power numbers 250 max (my daily driver). It's more that I hate the filter that is on there (so ugly).

Thanks for the response by the way, thought this one would die unanswered.

I did measure, and it looks like it will be pretty tight up against the lip on the fender. Depending on diameter, it could fit underneath it. I'm just unsure the diameter of the thing.

I did already order it though so hopefully it will fit

If not, I'll just sell it.
