Cool. I hope that solves your problems. If you still have misfire issues with a good tune, the next step is to remove the crk resistor from the harness and see if that helps. AEM is pretty insistent that the resistors are hardly ever needed. Good luck.

Are you referring to the embedded crank resistor in the harness that Dezod put in?

yes hes referring to the one dezod installed

look just remove the resistors that the shop added, keep dezods embedded rsistors, and if u still have problems remove the dezod embedded CRANK resistor not cam just crank

Yes. You stated that you installed the extra resistors due to misfiring on the dyno. In my case, the crk resistor caused the same exact misfiring that the resistors are intended to remedy. So if you still have misifiring after eliminating all other possible causes, I would try removing the Boomslang crk resistor next. I still have my cam resistor installed and it doesn't appear to be causing any problems. YMMV.

IMHO, whether you need crk/cam resistors or not may well depend on your crk and cam sensor signal voltages, your FIC's sensitivity and your line noise on the crk/cam signals. I believe there is enough variance between individual sensors/FICs/line noise to explain why some applications need the resistors while others can't use them.

Hey Elevation, I don't know if you meant my setup or 16G's but mine is here: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=176230
