Default Idle problems...help pls

this just started today, the car will not hold idle when at a light, but runs fine when driving........Idle Air control valve? i have a injen cai installed, been on there for like a year no problems............maybe it needs to be cleaned?

try drivetrain and power, you may get a better response there, but i can tell you it is most likely not the intake itself, unless there is damage to it or you tried to put the 05-06 intake on a 07-08 tc.

check and possibly clean your MAF connection, any vaccum hose leaks, or maybe just disconnect your battery for 5 minutes, reconnect it and let it idle for 5-10 minutes and relearn it.

check your throttle body, maybe your throttle plate is loose and is letting air in and your computer is compensating by adding fuel to keep it at a safe ratio, therefore causeing more combustion to make to the RPM's raise and lower.
