hey how about you go and see if julio has done the whole timing thing correct like was mention by yamaha. cause i have a big feling it has something to do with that! i bet my life! luiggi says hes done it correct.

bro i am telling you they missed something. had to. go to julios crib and show him all that yamaha has mentioned. maybe it could be something really stupid and lil that he passed over. trust me its happened to the best.

is the Cam timing gear on the crank set right? Could be a tooth off. Have to take the Timing cover off to check though.
