Default need help bad and quick

ok, got a tune and took the car out for a test drive to make sure it would make it to the tuners. It was doing fine, and I was taking it slow. All of the sudden AFR's went nuts and it cut off. Then to get it home I had to give it throttle a lot or it would cut off. Got it home and there is oil all over the transmission side covering the transmission but idk what or where its comming from any ideas?

Um well defintely sounds like you have an oil leak. Check that first. Check for a boost leak and exhasut leak. Was you BOV working right? Do you have quality parts or ebay crap?

^^ you have an oil leak.. it might be your tap to your turbo oil feed line.. its the one closer to the tranny.. dont drive it until you refill your oil

Yea id say loosen up the oil drain bolt and see if anything even comes out. Refill the oil and check the tap for oil drain and your oil supply tap off point as well.

oil pressure sending unit tap on the side of the block is what sounds like leaked. This would leak right on top of the trans. Next time use automotive RTV silicone sealent in the threads, and for added security lock tight sealent on the feed fitting on top of the turbo.

Not to scare you but have you tried driving the car after fixing the leak and putting oil back in it? An oil leak won't cause the car to die - but running it out of oil and spinning a bearing causing tons of friction on the crank/rod/block will. Also blowing that hose off will cause a severe loss in oil pressure which can also lead to the same destruction of bearings. Once you get it fixed, try reving the car slowly under no load to see if you hear any rod knock - also drain the oil and see if it has any bearing material (tin/copper metal ish) in it.

ok so good news. dipstick was dry, but I pulled my drain plug just now, and a good steady flow poured out, had atleast 2 qts in the pan still. No metal shavings in the oil, no metal on my magnetic drain plug either, so hopefully the car is ok

good to here. Prolly the oil supply line tap point leaked then. Well hopefully you can get the proper parts and fix that soon. And further test it. Have a friend with you though so if you need to push the car its alot easier. But i really hope it dont come to that for ya.

Good Luck!!
