i have a turbo scion tc my fuel setup consists of intank walbro, inline walbro, aeromotive regulator, golden eagle rail, deatschwerks 700cc injectors, -6 steel fuel line, aromotive filter before 2nd pump i got tuned on 93 a few months ago ive been itching for e85 so i switched over adjusted my fuel map drove around for a few weeks took it to get retuned and my injectors will not go past about 25% duty cycle any suggestions on wat my problem could be

emanage ultimate tried a friends ultimate same thing once i hit about 5-6psi the car breaks up baddd

How are you determining the DC from the EMU?

are your afr's ok when your in boost?

 

yep

 

what i mean by that is....if you up the boost and add more fuel does it respond and still read 25%

 

not sure if its a fuel problem but the car is breaking up baddd once it starts making boost here is wat i have checked/replaced spark plugs coil packs maf sensor intank fuel pump inline fuel pump inline fuel filter bov wastegate emanage emanage press sensor injector resistance

 

btw im back on 93 with a tuned map

 

If you car is breaking up and sputtering, your tune is off. Might want to get retuned.
