Default Oil leak! Help!

So I sent my turbo into precision for some warranty work. Got it back, installed it and noticed smoke from under my hood. Took a look and noticed there was a small build up of oil leaking from the outside seal on the hot side of the turbo. Had to take turbo completely off and checked bolts. They were slightly loose so I tightened them all.

Now instead of oil build up from the one spot I'm getting it from two spots. You can see the build up on the head of the bolts.

What do I do now? I didn't leak before I sent it into precision. I would like to fix it on my own without having to mail it back to them and end up having my car down for another two weeks.

Thanks!

I'm thinking it might be the inner seals on the hot side of turbo. I checked the outer one and even tightened it but it still leaks.

Would I be able to fix thy without sending it back to precision? I'm really trying to avoid anymore down time on my car.

Are you still running the precision turbo? And I came to conclusion i cant do anything about this internal leak so its back to precision again to get fixed for the second time .

Hopefully this will be the last time.

yup im still running it and leaks from time to time. Nothing I really can do about it but stay away from precision. When it goes bad im switching to garrett.
