well it would be hard for me to send it back.. i cant have days/weeks of down time while they inspect it or correct any issues... its just something i cant do right now because i have no other car. Im mulling it over right now and i am in contact with someone to see if the problem can be fixed with good resolution... so we'll see what happens next.

OK... Now let me stat the fact on my end!

My CC stage 4 failed at 9 PSI a mear 330WHP 330FT LB!

Also, WHEN my clutch failed, i was using an OLDER pressure plate that has now been improved upon!

When i ordered this clutch and still, they rate there disk at over 350ft lb tq! It was merrly an issue with the older plate having less pedal pressure then a newly imporved one!

Also the diffrence between a 4 puck and a 6 puck is NOT 100 WHP.. And a stage 5 with my pressure plate would of failed the same if not SOONER!

I recently removed a newer stage 4 comp clutch disk and pressure plate from a customer of mine who has 19+ PSI and over 400 whp WITH 0 glazing! Showing there new stuff is MUCH improved!

Paul, coming on here and asking why i used it is kind of out of line! Your a great guy, great buisness great knolege and have helped me out ALOT! But Do not know what i was promised when i bought it through them! They were sent the dyno sheet and replaced the clutch! And as well your site says 350fl lb yet i was at 345! Your only making this issue stick out, and cause more people to hear about it..

So.. im going to end me posting more about this issue and say this...

A NEW stage 4 disk will hold MORE THEN 400WTQ FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!

CC has great Cust service and will go out of there way to help anyone!
Hey Mike A., I was not trying to come on here to wizz on your parade and all. I am merely stating that from my experience, that clutch was not a good choice for the amount of power you where making. Should you have tried to purchase it from us, I would have told you that from the get go. I would rather have a customer, second guess their decision then make a decision that they will regret down the road. I am a very straight shooter. Plenty of you know that. It some times gets me into a lot of trouble, but again, I'd rather make someone's decision be second guessed and have them be happy down the road.......The Stage 5 HAS been proven here to hold up to 450ft/lbs. It then dies at that time.

Again guys, not trying to kick anyone here, but there is just too much opinion and not enough facts. I am just here to shed my experience into the situation to help people learn from our mistakes that we made in the past.

No hard feelings at all.. i have and will continue to order or direct others to order from you guys!

Chris H was a good guy. We used to talk all the time, he knew his Honda stuff like no other, but the Scion stuff was too new for him and he just guessed some on that. It is what it is.

At least you where serviced properly and got resolution. That is all that matters Mike!

BTW, funny avatar. I am sure the RX-7 and 8 guys love it.

Horrible mistake in Las Vegas, SEMA show time, went to Studio 54 in MGM. There was a line forever long to get in, we figured it was slamming. We stood in line for an hour, got in to discover it was mostly SHOCKING and people who also liked different things than Chris and myself. SCARY!!!!!

Haha, I noticed his avitar earlier. I am currently rebuilding a 13B for my '86 GXL. It has always been a dream of mine to put a 13B TII into a first gen xB and make it RWD.
