Default s/c bad bearing?

I have a TRD s/c and its making a weird noise. I got my trans done recently and the guy who worked on my car told me that my bearing sounds bad. What should/could i do to fix this? Does this make me loose any power?

Is your tc 2006?i replaced mine with Kickcaffine's (SL member here) bearing, Great for almost a year, then more noise. Not sure if the bearing went bad again or something else. I finally took that ____ty S/C off.
Anyway, replacing bearing should not loose any power.

When I mean loss in power, I meant as in since I think the bearing is bad if the bad bearing will make me loose some power

The bearing noise/ chatter can be coming from either end of your s/c, just cause its louder on one side doesn't mean the sound is actually coming from that side. I would start by taking your shaft off and taking a look at your shaft bearings/shaft as its the easiest thing to do. Go to tcsuperchargers.com for some disassembly instructions. You might not be loosing power now, but when the bearings really go then you will be loosing power and perhaps the s/c, shaft, engine etc.

If the bearings go and the race finds its way into your engine its over.
