I liked the cobalt ss until I found out it had a ladder bar rear suspension... It was all over from there.

Chevy = CRAP
Ford = Just forget about it
Honda = ok I guess
Toyota = Now that's the stuff
Mitsubishi = starting to lose it's foreign edge b/c they are now w/ Mopar

Ok kids, what did we learn today? Toyota is the best overall company

I would have to say I am sticking with toyota. Here are the list of cars I have owned in order from first to last.

1979 chevy 4x4 454 scottsdale
1987 corolla fx16 gts
1997 mitsu eclipse gst
1991 mr2 t
2000 subaru impreza outback sport
1992 honda accord
1995 eclipse gst
1994 jeep grand cherokee "biggest peice of shiz ever"
1987 fx16 gts
2001 nissan frontier supercharged
1987 fx16 gts
1989 corolla gts
1987 fx16 gts
2006 scion tc!

I have to say out of all the cars I have owned, toyota has been more reliable and of better quality than anything else so that is why I am sticking with 100% toyota for my vehicles from now on.

My current car linup is as follows
2006 tc
1989 corolla gts
1987 fx16 gts
"looking for a nice 1994 22re powered 4x4 pickup"

then I will have all toyota product and be happy!

If you even owned a red mr2 of that era "I did" it was the worst paint on the planet. I do not care what you did to it, it just looked like crap a week later.

red isn't that bad, if you can keep it in shape (which is hard)
i love how most of them turned pink, or white (faded badly)
my buddy just got hit by a truck and got the entire car repainted...lookin like hottness now

i wish i had my friends red mr2. it's such a glossy red! he keeps it in great shape.

I would trade in my tC for a red mr2 anyday

It's rare to find a 91 anymore. I've been looking around and can't find one.

MR2 My dad drove a MKI... I wanted a MKII growing up (from youngster to early teens... the older I grew, the more I appreciated it) I've always been a toyota guy, don't know why .

They're going to put away the mkIIIs for a while... wonder how long till they come up with a mkIV... sure taking them long enough to release the new supra

Heh, by the time the next MR2 comes around there probably won't be enough petrol left to run our engines

they tryed to tie in the cobalt ss to the vette by giving it the same style taillights. just made it look like crap neon-ish, imo.

vettes are nice! and I still love my little 95 s10. other than that I don't see me having another chevy. all chevys are not crap though.
