Anyone else with the ultimate disconnect the stock primary 02, than use the wideband fuel correction map in the ultimate to allow the ultimate to basically have its own closed loop? Man the ultimate seems like it could damn near be a standalone...

Im using an auto ECU lol - I have like 6 codes for the tranny umm not being there lol.

 

IIRC, d/c the primary 02 just gives a permanent +20ltft which has to be compensated for the in the fuel map correct? Also anyone know if d/c the primary 02 affects timing at all?

 

getting rid of the primary o2 makes like much easier but like marcelo said your gonna have a cel...its up to you. if the greddy can perform the task your golden.

 

your ltft shouldnt be +20 if tuned right via fic. If its just stuck there id look into your o2 map and primary o2 sensor could be done for. I never got into the greddy managments, no one around here that iv tuned has had it and im not going out and buying one just to play with.

Haha well see if it works very soon, if all it does it cause a cel, ill be happy as hell. Basically ill end up with complete fuel and ignition control considering the EMU will be calculating and creating its own fuel trims rather than the stock ecu, so i can have it target whatever afr i desire at said load/rpm!

 

in all this time of that managment being out I dont recall any one talking about greddy ultimate being able to do this. really hope it works.

Sooo I found someone whos doing this currently on an Altima SER thats boosted. They said it works pretty well, but is a little tricky to tweak and dial it in exactly. Im hoping to have mine in, in the next week, so hopefully Ill have news soon If this works this could be pretty big
