Same price basically. I paid $165 shipped for mine. You can goto their website for contact information. This thread is just a review now. I started it for interest and there was a lot. This is not a sale thread.

the infamous SECOND batch is not in yet.

Plus, he said they would be more than $165 going forward..but supposedly if you were one of the original interested parties (myself included) that got shafted on the first buy-in they would do something to honor the price. but nothing concrete on that statement.

i also don't understand why the others on their site are much less..oh well.

Am i the only one who can't see the Scion tC mounts on their website?

The reason other cars are less expensive, is because those are just inserts. For the tC they needed to make a completely new mount, as you cant put inserts in the front mount. You are paying for design, and fabrication. So the price is very fair IMO.

When you get them, if you could send us back the 2 mounts that are incorrect I would appreciate that, so we could use them for our other project they are intended for! (We will pay for shipping, don't worry)

I really apologize, the problem is being fixed and it will only delay everybody a couple days, but thank you for your patience and I hope we do not mess up everybody's installations too much
Just so we're clear, you're shipping us replacements (or already have) before receiving the incorrect mounts? (honestly, I'll mail 'em back on my dime, i'm just glad someone made mounts for our cars lol)

Ok, hi guys - sorry I was gone for thanksgiving...

Let me address a few questions...

"why are these mounts more than the other mounts on the site?"
- good question. These mounts are unlike our other mounts, in that they are not just the 4 polyurethane replacements. .. We have designed 4 polyurethane replacements for the tC ALONG with a brand new mount bracket to fit a polyurethane insert. If you look at the design of the stock mount, it is not possible to just "swap" in a soild mount like you can on the back, thus we engineered a new replacement mount for the front - which nobody else has accomplished. This requires R&D, metal working, welding, and powder coating etc. thus the price goes up

"what is going on with the second batch"
- We have some more mounts available now, as we have recieved more polyurethane. We still have a rather limited quantity - so I have most of these resereved for those who were ON the first run list, but got bumped off (I am very sorry about that - but good news is we have them for you now, and you are not getting them much later then you would have, had your name remained on the list) SO if you are one of those people, I have pm'd you, so if you have not gotten a PM, or not responded to my PM, please do so because I do not want to leave anybody unhappy with our services

Once we have a good stock of mounts, boxed up and ready to ship - I will add them to the website so that everybody can purchase them. I have not listed a price yet - because we are not allowed to post prices on the Scion boards

FINALLY for all of those who were in the first run of sets, and we sent you out the wrong rear inserts, have no fear, the correct ones are on the way! If you can just get the incorrect ones back to us, I would appreciate it, and we will make sure you do not lose money on shipping (it does not cost much)

Hope that helps out, sorry for all the text, but I am trying to let you guys stay as informed as possible

I just found out about these like 2 days ago. Sounds great to me since i am Turboed and my stock mounts are taking the abuse of 270Hp and 260Tq. So i need mounts. HAHA. I dot really like the idea of the stiffy cause it just doesnt seem to be engineered right mounts are the best fix. Thanx for making mounts for the tC and let me know when i can get my hands on some of these.

So those of us on the second batch who got sent already because we got booted from the first batch, like myself, the rear mounts we received were good? Or should we wait to receive replacements as well?

Yes, the second batch is in, and I have been contacting people in order about picking up a set, I have sent you PM, but not recieved a response yet - you might want to check it again... Sorry to most people - don't get your hopes up yet - all the mounts in the 2nd batch have been claimed already but as people drop out, I will let others know

For everybody I contacted about those extra - please get back to me by Friday, otherwise I will be moving down my list of people who have asked to purchase a set, until we have a full stock... Just a reminder, since I do not want anybody left behind again, we are going to keep the price right at $165

I got my mounts early last week. There is the full front mount and the insert for the rear mount. How do I know if these are the right one? Guys give me some dimensions so I can confirm this.

Your front replacement mount is correct. The rear inserts should say "POLYMOUNT 6"...if it says "1" you have the wrong inserts..

Okay, then this means my rear insert is wrong. Does speedsrouce need the metal tube along with the insert or just the insert?

No, keep your spool. Contact them for your replacement first, then return.

Feel free to put the front mount in, it only takes a couple minutes.

Oh my God! I just installed the front mount and I started the car and heard this horrible sound I was like ____, did I leave a tool inside the engine bay? (You know like doctors now-a-days). Well it was the license plate rattling

The car shakes so hard at idle that I think my tC is going to fall apart in a traffic jam.

Actually the car feels a lot more stable when putting power to the ground and whenever I pass over rail-road ties the car just goes over with no drama almost too smooth-before it was like bang-bang.

Once you get the car above 1000RPM's the shake stops and it's smooth after that. You really do feel the road a litte more.

I will ride like this for a while and let the car massage me to sleep...I don't think the wife will understand why my car feels like it is ready to fall appart.

I've only installed the front mount it was very easy like 30 minutes cause I took my time with the bottom engine covers.
