that's nice to know, this whole time I've been tuning timing close to what gasoline would be. Can't wait to get real engine management and some sort of knock detection. (currently on FIC)

This is on a uncorrected mustang dyno..

For example another tc at 12 psi before this one put down 259whp. with a custom kit and 3"

----

Dotted line is 93 Octane Tuned to 13 PSI

Solid LIne is E85 tuned to 14-14.5 PSI
On this run right before redline the NRG fuel pressure regulator we were using gave out, The seals inside this must not be rated for E85 and the seals gave out spraying fuel By time we got it fixed at the shop they were closing up!

It looks like it was in line to make around 360-370!

This is stock motor with 550cc INJECTORS, And E85..

E85 is teh ____!!! Why dont we all run E85??? What regulator was it again that failed?? Im using an aeromotive - i know mines rated for alcohol/eth so i should be fine - another one thats affordable and uses npt fittings is an efi regulator from professional products - it also says it works with alcohol based fuels so you should be good - sorry cant remem the model number - and as for mine - i have the cheapest aeromotive lol - solely because I wanted npt fittings so i could easily use hose barbs Its the 13301 i believe

damn mike that is good, sometimes people don't realize the potential of e85. They're just stuck in at least braking even with regular gas. That's a great bump in whp. What EM are you guys using to advance timing? U guys should try the fuelab fpr, it's rated for e85 and at a good price. I want one in black and gold :-)

Thats exactly what we switched his car to was fuellab! Really nice peice.. My favorite accually 10x better then aeromotive!

It was a NRg that failed! it was same price as fuel lab DOHH..

And yah the dyno was fun.. But the ride home.. This cars VERY fast! The guy who runs the dyno has a 05 sti tuned with exh intercooler and some other ____. he put down 270 on this dyno.. He was ____ting him self the first time when we made 301. This time he said hes gonna trade in the sti LOL!

This was on greddy emanage ult!

cool, where at? Online? Also did u guys get the regular size or the mini? I wouldn't mind getting the small one, just don't know if there's any kind of compromise in performance because of it.

What kind of gas mileage are you guys getting on E85? I just filled mine back up tonight and checked - im at 20.7 mpg. However that includes quite a few 3rd and 4th gear wot tuning pulls so Im thinking thats pretty good - Im thinking Ill be closer to 22-23 with normal driving.

So we have a local guy here pushing the limits of E85/stock block - Ill keep you guys tuned. Granted I think the dyno hes on may be a bit overrated - its Dynojet but the numbers are still impressive - Ill see if I can upload the sheet from my phone.

Hes making 405whp and 410wtq at 19psi on a 16g!

A built short block is already in the works - so hes deff plans on pushing the limits haha

Haha the FP Black!1 I think hes actually going with a GT35 and new manifold/dp. The 16g setup was built when he was auto for lower power goals.
