yeah i but i have also heard that leaving finger prints on polished metal like that with all the heat will leave the imprints of your finger all over.....saw it on the speed chanel they were installing an exhaust on an srt-4 i dunno maybe ill just stick with my unpolished mani what do you guys think any suggestions? and man can we get off topic sorry jax for the thread jacking

 

yup, that's why before yuo fire it up you make sure you wipe it down with polish or alcohol anything that can remove finger prints.

I gotta get my cam tomorrow. Its at my moms. But yea, just get a box of latex gloves for the install. That what my friend and I wore the whole time. We didnt touch anything with our hands. The only way your'll get those fingerprints burned into the mani is if you touch it and then fire it up without wiping it off. Hell, we wore gloves and I still wiped everything down with alcohol before firing it up for the first time. LOL

so i got another shipment today which consisted of 3 more pipes and the turbo it self an L shaped rubber hose and a metal clamp......i guess all that im missing now is just my wastegate and my injectors.......how many shipments did you guy get in total when receiving parts for your kits?

 

i got about 5 or 6 packages.. and that L shaped hose is you 90 coupler its for your throttle body to the charge pipe

 

lol damn 5-6 packages man this sucks guess this thing wont be going in next weekend like i hoped any one have a list or something that i could compare to to see what i am missing and what i have?

 

try look back into the vegas thread.. there some lists in there. haha id look for you but im at work.. look around the 50-100 pages! haha
