Also so you know! I had stock radiator and fans with my top mount setup and never had a over heat issue living in florida with temps of 100+ even racing at the track in 102 degree temps!

My manifold and downpipe were touching the fans...

yeah, i told them, if they have to use the non-trd ecu, use it, gave them the instructions on how to program it and he just said he wants to use the TRD one because it is already set-up for forced inductions applications and larger injectors, but if it is a problem, he'll use the non-trd ecu. no fuss, no muss. if i was paying for tuning by the hour, i'd maybe fret over it, but it is a flat fee. so i'm not sweating it. if the car can't be tuned by them (or atleast stop dying at idle) i'll take the car to p-tuning if they'll accept my business.

christian ofcourse they will take your business they are here to help us, no matter what u say lol, but yea the trd ecu is in no way made for turbo forced induction, its a whole different powerband and still is pulling mad timming, if u dont make over 280 hp on 8-9 psi i vote take ur junkyard ecu to ptunning and call it a day

$585 for tuning. p-tuning is like 250 for the first hour, and then like, what 100 or 150 every hour after that, so depending on how long they need to take to tune the car. their site says like expect between 450 and 800 dollars or something.

Wow!

If it does come down to that junk yard ecu they will probably have to get it keyed from the local dealer
