You can build up boost with a regular 2 step.. it just depends on what RPM youre set up at. Anti-Lag setup builds up boost and makes that gunshop sound.. but it WILL slowly destroy your manifold, turbo, and a downpipe.
still wondering if anyone has 2 step on their tc without a standalone

You want to leave the line making the maximum amount of controllable power.
Utilizing a 2 step = adding timing to help create a load on the motor to get the turbo to spool, so you can make more power at the line.
Its great for those who really want to get into drag racing...but it creates tremendous strain on your motor and parts. Just be careful.
If all you want is to create the cool sound ie racket it makes, its definately not for you.

And like Todd said..it puts a whole lot of strain on the motor..so if you're looking for the cool sound...definitely not the thing to do.
