Default what kind of oil?

so i have a 2006 scion tc with a turbonetics 57 trim. i need to do an oil change and am gonna do it tommorow. this being my first boosted car what is the best synthetic oil to run...... viscosity, weight, and brand. i usually run RP in all my cars but i was reading about a kid that asked the same thing about his 03 protege turbo and the factory says 5w30 and the forum recommended 0w40. they said it would provide awesome turbo protection and its will flow fast. is this what i should run too?
