where are the best places to drill the hole to get from the battery to amp? or is there a pre-existing hole?

 

There's a hole already. Just stick it through the rubber grommet in the drivers side.

Nope, but I remember seeing one somewhere on scionlife before. Shouldn't be hard to find tho. If you look behind the dash, you'll see like a black rubber kinda coned shape thing with a bunch of wires going through it.

 

Look above the pedals... you will see it.
