yes .. u would just route the CD-i200 ipod adapter from the back of the hu to the center console. it would require u to remove old stock ipod or aux harness.

no.. oem is totally different than the cable used with avic d3

as long as u take out the old ipod harness u can route the d3 ipod cable in its place

I see that you only have one drive with this thing, can you connect a PS2 (or external DVD player) so you can play movies/games/music? Could you do that and leave the Navi disc in? I'm sure there's a way, but I don't know ANYONE who has tried to install a game console or CD/DVD changer to this thing...am I asking too much for something so cheap? lol

yes, it has 2 aux inputs. it was common to install dvd players in like with avic d1/d2 since dvd playback wasn't built-in. PS2 slim does fit in the glove compartment. I have my video ipod so i have all my music and videos and leave my navi disk inside.

Ditto... same setup, Nav disc always in, video ipod for music and movies and a PS2 slim in the glovebox for DVDs and games (mostly games). Its a great setup in my opinion. If anyone needs a D3, let me know, I still have some in stock and at a great price...

i used a tap set to thread the holes in the radio so i could get that extra screw in there. Had to be careful not to get metal bits in it tho. I'm not sure if it's really needed but I felt safer with it in there. but drilling out the bracket worked out really well. i'm glad i can close the door again. couldn't do that with the other 2 units i had in there

that goes to the steering wheel harness thats bundled with the rest of the radio harness

its 20 pin harness and not used when u install the avic d3

http://www.pac-audio.com/swixprogram...ehicles&ID=397

look at the toyota harness as pictured on that link above. just connect those wires (picture u quoted) to the following pin on steering wheel harness. pac swi ps only requires u to use 3 wires (black/red/white)
