There are a lot of big name companies who have 1 ohm stable amps, some that are cheap may not be stable and turn off or fry itself. It's easier to get your amp first and then figure out what voice coil configuration you need than finding an amp to fit your sub's impedance configuration

shout I run
2- Phoenix Gold 500w Ryval amps
-or-
1- HIFONICS BXi1606D Class D Mono smp

those are the only two amps that i found to fit the ohm needs within my proce range..... which is better?

Hifonics will work and I would recommend 1 amp than 2. Generally, it's better to use 1 amp for multiple subs than 2 due to the fact that one sub might be moving at a different pace than the other sub if you have the signal between the subs be off due to the wired polarity, the gain adjustment, bass/EQ settings set on one amp but not the other, etc

ok i have everything in checkout and ready to go but what all do i need to have the head unit hooked up?... i went with sonic electronix so they give me a free wiring harness and installation kit, but do i need anything else or no? this is my final post till the build so i am kinda anxious to get everything.
