Have you had your waterfall off recently? Maybe check the connections?

Yea definitely re-check the connection to the back of the outlet. I took my waterfall off, plugged in the GPS one day and was like uhhh...

checked fuses, tried again, checked fuses. Finally I remembered I took the waterfall off and never bothered to reconnect the plug for the lighter.

I am terrible with forgetting to plug in the HVAC screen too.

did you check the right fuse? I think there are 2 cig fuses one for beneath the center console and another below your armrest.

Are you using the cigarette lighter or using it as a DC jack? My lighter never worked and the Scion guy laughed at me when I said I wanted to claim it under my bumper to bumper warranty. Just like every other repair I ever took to the dealer.

If you squeeze the metal plates in at the base (not the plug part but the part that holds the jack in) it should fix it if the fuses are good. Mine sorta gave up and got lose and wouldn't initiate the charger and that fixed it.
