Default Driver's Seat Memory Problem

Has anyone had any problems with the memory feature in the driver's seat before? Mine stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I took it to the dealership eariler this week and said they'll fix it, but this morning I get a call telling me that I don't have this feature. I'm planning to call Scion's customer service later. But if someone had this problem before and fixed it him or herself please let me know. Thanks

So that was you there that day. Henry, the assistant manager told me that he checked 5 other tC's and spoke to the master tech and none of them had it.

I thought mine had a problem too once. I realized that you have to use the lever that is near the headrest for the seat to remember the position when you are letting someone in or out of the back. If you use the seat recline lever on the bottom of the seat it will not work. Just throwing it out there....not sure which one you are using.

Yep... I've been using the lever. I even told the assistant manager that too hehe. Funny thing was that I showed him how it's supposed to work and he understood too. He wanted to check with another tC, but there wasn't any in stock. Good thing drewsquared, who works there, came by and confirmed it. That was Saturday, so my car has been there for 4 days already and now I find out that they can't do anything about it. I told him it's under the standard features for the tC, but he said the master tech said theres no such feature on the car and can't do anything about it.

well somehow mine would go back to how it was left off until i took it out the first time for my aftermarket seats and then i threw them back in and since then they act weird because i hate that clicking noise they make, but i threw my aftermarket seat back in because they're nice.

Alrite so I went to pick up my car this morning and checked out the other tC's in the showroom. There was one that has the memory while the other one doesn't. On the one that doesn't, I can hear the clicking sounds at where the seat is supposed to stop at. I let the assistant manager know when I went to pick up my car and he said he'll look into it and let me know when he finds out. At least they did the side air bag update while my car was there.
