Default Factory sub,aftermarket head unit

This weekend I will install my Pioneer into the tC . FINALLY

anyways.

I wanted to know if the factory sub will work with an aftermarket head unit. I belive it will becuse the wires run into the factory radio the same as they would the aftermartket.

Anyone tried this or have any input??

Im going for the stock look so i dont want to add a seperate amp/subs . I know an aftermarket head unit wouldnt look stock but the D3 looks damn close

i have a n1 in my rs2 and the factory sub worked without any problems. the factory sub in the rs2 may be wired differently then the regular bazooka but mine is wired to the front door speakers. it should just be plug and play

the factory sub is alright but its nothing crazy at all. the rs2 sub is only a 6 in sub but it does make a small difference to sound.
