Default getting my double din to fit

I have a double din screen in my tc and the stock waterfall door hits the top of the screen and I cant get my waterfall in. Im using the stock hinges from the stock radio. What can I do to get the waterfall in and be able to use the door?

Drill out the dimples in the stock brackets and move the radio back. You can kind of see what I'm talking about here:

I had the same problem, what i did was i moved the stock brackets up so the radio sits in more.By that instead of having 3 screws on each side i used 2 on each side.Just align 2 screws on each side to your kit this will make the radio sit back further in.After i did that the door closed but everytime i closed it the door it would turn my radio on.So i removed the plastic backing of the door and voila, no problems now and the door closes with no problem and it doesnt turn on my radio. Oh yea and no drilling required
