Help! Scratched interior! Advice PLEASEEE!

So ive done it...havent had the car Very long but yet i MANAGED to scratch my stearing wheel...is there anything i can do??

what part did you scratch? You can get a Wheelskins leather cover for the rim. If you scrathced the hub--that is a different matter.
