Default HID kit help!

Im not sure if you guys have herd of the site, but i bought a HID kit from retro-solutions.com and they went on fine and they were great. Then one day, im riding down the road and my head lights turn into strobe lights. I called the guy up and he ended up sending me new ballasts with capasitors in them, after sending me a wiring harness he thought would fix it which ended up being the same one i already had. This seemed to have solved the strobe issue but now when i cut on my lights, the passanger head light wont cut on, i have to cut off my lights and then back on for them to power up. So i call the guy back and he says the lights are having issues getting power to them and there may be a problem with the ballasts, which i simply dont believe because i put them in right out of the USPS box and now all of a suddon im supposed to have my second set of bad ballasts in a week. Is there anyone who can maybe tell me whats goin on and how to fix it, because this trial and error stuff with a guy sending me parts 6 states away is getting too crazy, thanks for the help.

It's called buying cheap China kits. And I'm not being critical, it's the truth. I'm having the same problem with my driver side light sometimes not turning on. But I can say this is after 4 years of use so props to Xentec lol. My next set of ballasts will be OEM quality.

Edit: I have a kit right now in my garage that I bought but is useless because the cheap internals can't properly regulate the power draw.

Default HID KTS

Go to HIDEXTRA.Com.... they have hid kits that work great. i have them installed in my Tc (headlights and foglights, 8000k) and they work perfectly. The customer service is awesome. If you have a problem you just call them up and they will help you. They ship out of Ca. and they provide tracking information.
If you order the kits get the relay harness.. it help protect you cars factory electical system.

You bought a bad product. Return it, get a refund, and get a 3BSpec kit. Get the relay harness as well.
