are the ones in question, i also have sueded a pillars and SRS bags... they are a PITA to get off and if i every set off my airbags ill let you know if my pillars move or not, until then i will say the clips are reusable because i just popped the bolt back into the clip and it the pillar was back on.

heres my question: what will happen if put a pillar from a tc w/o curtain airbags onto a tc with them, will this affect the performance of the airbag?

HAHA! Its a Japanese clip everything is backwards over there remember. My point being that if you want to get that pillar off easily, punch it right where the clip is, you have to push in to pull out if that makes any sense. I gave it a solid knock with my fist and it pops right out afterwards. These clips are similar to clips on a newer Honda Civic, which work the same way. And they are reusable, line it up and make sure it is seated properly then punch it right back into place. I have taken that pillar off 5 times now without having to use excessive force and I have yet to break a clip.
