Default interior dome lights help

So one of my LED's for my front dome lights burnt out, and i went in to fix it. Me, being the dummy that I am, decided to twist the stupid thing instead of just pull it out. So now, the thing is floating behind the board, and I cant get it back into place. I brought it into the dealer (for other reasons too, like my back trunk panel breaking off) and they said they would charge me 105 dollars to put it back. Eff thatttttt, does someone know how i can take the whole thing out so I can put the plug back in?

Default THIS IS HOW YOU TAKE THEM OUT

All you need to do is take some tape. I use packaging tape. the just twist it around the bulb and pull down. The tape gives you better grip on the bulb and forms a pull tab to pull the bulb right out.
