I've heard that too, but I haven't had a problem with mine. Could be a bad resistor on the circuit board.

^^ WRONG.

even stock units were going bad for no certain reason for the early '07's

though for some that installed aftermarket headunits, it seemed to be more frequent.... there's still no real connection for that though.

and there was no real explanation as to why the units were failing either.. the only way to fix it was to replace it.
(now if you did an LED swap, yeah.. the dealer might blame it on that... but i doubt it had to do anything with it since stock ones were doing the same)

Default Interior Front & Back Dome Lights

Hi Guys,

I'm new to this site, but recently I just put in new LED bulbs for my front and back interior dome lights and the trunk light. They worked when I installed them but later on that same day it just flat out don't work at all. Did I did something wrong? or should I dread myself to the dealership? Obviously, if you wondering where I got the LED bulbs from is EBAY. yea, i know. Maybe I should go to superbrightleds next time. For the mean time, could someone tell me what's wrong? The bulbs are new unless they burned out already which I can't tell.

Thanks guys.

If they all went out, sounds more like a fuse issue. I am sure even ebay LED's won't all fail at the same time.
